Welcome to the new and improved Community website for the Cypress Pointe Estates community located in Corinth, Texas.
Our Mission is to bring our neighbors together and to raise funds to cover the annual cost associated with maintaining the Cypress Pointe Estates Common Areas / Outter Community Grounds / Community Projects. As you know Cypress Pointe Estates does not have a mandatory HOA, nor do we have any of the benefits of an HOA such as care for common areas (Community Entrances, Flower Beds, Lawn Care). In 2002 Vicki Davis stepped up to the plate to make sure the neighborhood common areas were maintained to the level that the Homebuilders / Development company was doing while they were still selling homes / lots in our neighborhood. It is imperative to every homeowner in this community that these areas are well kept in order to maintain their own property value and personal investment in this community. The real estate rule “Location Location Location” means everything when its time for you to sell your house. It is the reason that our neighborhood stands out when compared to other neighborhoods in Corinth that have no HOA.
Lets face it HOA’s have a bad reputation because they are usually overzealous about what they will allow you do with your own property. That is not what the CPE VOA (Volunteer Owners Association) is about. Our only focus is keep the entrances / exits looking beautiful, to add value to the neighborhood with trees and flowers and to provide a social environment to bring our neighbors together with community events such as community bbq / block parties / volunteering opportunities / community outreach / neighborhood watch etc.
